Hikvision Introduces More Than a Dozen Products

CITY of INDUSTRY, Calif.– Hikvision, a global manufacturer and supplier of security products and solutions, states that it has bookended a strong Q2 (second quarter) 2023 performance with the release of over a dozen new products.

Hikvision boasts that its growth continues into Q3 with it releasing three new series of video security cameras in July alone, including two varifocal cameras, a 180-degree panoramic camera, and 42x Smart Pro PTZs in both 4 MP and 4K resolution.

“Our latest video security releases deliver a host of new features, including 24/7 full-color images, panoramic views, and intelligent tracking, ensuring our customers can effectively safeguard their assets and enhance their situational awareness like never before.”

New Hikvision Products Include Several Cameras

The company points out that its Q2 2023 product release highlights include a new DeepinView TandemVu Bullet Camera for simultaneous scene monitoring, the Value Express Varifocal Camera line, the AcuSense Motorized Varifocal Camera line, the 5 MP AcuSense Fisheye Network Camera, the ColorVu Smart Hybrid Light Camera Series, improved video intercom models, and five new ColorVu Camera models.

In addition to these Q2 releases, Hikvision also introduced three new series of video security products in July:

8 MP ColorVu Varifocal Cameras: Featuring a fixed F1.0 large aperture varifocal lens, these cameras provide brighter images for advanced low light performance, while advanced sensor technology optimizes available light. Equipped with Hikvision’s proprietary AcuSense Technology, these bullet or dome-style cameras offer easy classification of humans and vehicles. Other key features include a motorized varifocal lens for effortless installation, 130 dB WDR for clear imaging against strong backlight, efficient H.265+ compression, and rugged IP67 and IK10 ratings for water, dust, and vandal resistance.

16 MP 180° PanoVu Network Camera: The 180° Stitched 16 MP PanoVu Camera is a panoramic camera that opens up new possibilities for comprehensive and immersive monitoring, according to the company. This camera incorporates four fixed-focus lenses and it provides 16 MP resolution. Hikvision emphasizes this camera delivers high levels of detail for monitoring both close-up and expansive scenes. The camera also provides intelligent analysis of people flow trends to support its use for enhancing security and safety in public areas.

4K (8 MP) and 4 MP 42x Smart Pro PTZs: Hikvision’s latest PTZ cameras offer users with the ability to control their environment. These cameras feature 4K (8 MP) or 4 MP resolution to support high levels of imaging performance, including environments such as low-light conditions through the inclusion go the company’s DarkFighter technology. The camera also provides 42x optical and 16x digital zoom capabilities to deliver close-up views over expansive areas to meet a range of outdoor applications.
