AMITYVILLE, N.Y. — Meeting the demand for more NDAA compliant products, Speco Technologies has announced its new fully NDAA-compliant HD-TVI Digital Video Recorder, D16VN.
The company says that its latest product is a 16-channel HD-TVI Digital Video Recorder that offers a range of storage capacities that spans from 2 terabytes (TBs) to 10 TBs. Speco Technologies points out the new D16VN can record in resolutions up to 4 megapixels, and it comes with UTC functions that allow for zoom, focus and OSD control over coax.
Speco Technologies states that some of the other technologies the new DVR incorporates include two-way communications capabilities. These capabilities work with the company’s proprietary Digital Deterrent technology, which is a solution that focuses on stopping crime before it happens.
The HD-TVI Digital Video Recorder, D16VN also features the company’s EZ Search technology that allows users to comb through a day’s worth of recordings in a few seconds. Using its search technologies, Speco Technologies explains that users can separate their recording into 24 one-hour clips, and they can drill down into their recordings to separate a specified one-hour clip into 60 one-minute clips.
The company says that once an event has been located, users can quickly export the video clip with a custom watermark to send to necessary parties.
Speco Technologies adds the new DVR offers free U.S.-based DDNS server access to ensure data security, and it backs the product with a 5-year warranty.
