SAN JOSE, Calif. — Vivotek, a global provider of IP surveillance solutions, announces an update to its VIVOCloud lightweight Cloud surveillance service which includes a number of new features.
“VIVOCloud is a lightweight Cloud service designed exclusively for SMB users that provides remote and reliable surveillance in the Cloud that’s easier and smarter than ever before,” explains David Liu, president of Vivotek USA. “Now with the new 2.10 version, VIVOCloud supports a playback export feature, an NVR alarm management feature, a mute notification feature, an SD card setting and much more.”
Additional v2.10 features include:
- Optimizes the user experience such as adding devices and connection stability
- Optimizes NVR configurations
- Fixes an issue where timeline playback might not normally work while enabling daylight saving time
- General bug fixes
“In just a simple few steps with v2.10, the key event can now be downloaded from the VIVOCloud mobile app … the event will be saved directly into the default album inside your mobile system,” Liu adds. “Specify what and when to be notified, such as disabling the alarm directly or setting a period of time to stop the push notification, depending on your scenario. Users can also easily check the storage information as all SD card-related settings are now available on both iOS and Android platforms.”
